My Xbox turns on for a few seconds and then turns off

Hi guys, my Xbox One is having this problem, when I turn it on it only lasts for a few secs and it shuts off. I don't know if this has something to do with this, last weekend I was outside and in my
home there were multiple power outages (the energy came and then gone for a few times) I didn't turn on any of my electronics until now, the console was in insta start mode. I am scared that the console needs to be replaced, I am just hoping it was the power
supply the only thing that got damaged (When I turn the console on it changes to the white color and when it offs it goes back to the orange color).
