My Xbox turns on for 30 seconds with no startup then turns off. Please help!

So my Xbox One S has recently started turning on with no display for about 30 seconds and then turns off. When it rarely does turn on, it just freezes and only allows me to turn it off with the controller or manually on the xbox.I then try to turn it on
again but it just does the same thing. I have looked all over the internet and I haven’t found any real solutions to my problem. I have tried changing the power cord, unplugging it, power refresh and factory data reset. Are there any other solutions because
if I can’t find it the only other solution looks like having it repaired

Please try these steps. I hope it will help you guys

Settings -> All settings ->> Power and startup ->> Power mode and startup ->> change it to 6 hours of inactivity After changing that, you may do these steps

Press and hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds till the console turns off. Wait for about 30 seconds, then turn on the console and test if it works.

have you tried turning off your xbox one and unplugging the power for 30 seconds, then plugging it back on and turning it on. Please let me know if that helped resolve the issue.

if that doesn't work then try this:

1) Hold your power button for 5 seconds

2) Leave XBox One off for 30 seconds

3) Restart and problem should be resolved
