my xbox turns on but I can not do anything

yesterday my xbox gave failures, when starting any game I gave an error (I do not remember which) which I could solve by clearing the cache of the console. Everything worked to perfection only that time later I started to give the same error and
I decided to do the same as you see it last, only this time it takes too long to turn on and gave an error, I had the option to restart and I did it only when He did not let me do anything. Now when I turn it on, it starts normal and it lets me log in but
the startup appears a bit strange, when trying to start a game it takes me to the start screen without giving any error, the configuration does not let me enter. I CAN NOT DO ANYTHING!!!!!
It takes urgent help

Try clearing the cache and then reinstall the app bro.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the app.
It may work for you

Hey Mr BC 35,

Lets try the following first:

- Press and hold down the White Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts completely off.

- Unplug Power chord from wall and Power brick for 2 mins.

- Replug and restart.

- Try to sign in again and if you see any Change of your Situation.
