My xbox tenure was reset?

Okay so my gamertag "u Minty" use to have the green circle displaying how many years you've been apart of xbox live, it use to be a 4 or a 5 which seems right, but lately as of maybe a few months ago my profile hasn't displayed how many years I've been apart
of xbox live , for some weird reason it just wont show up, so i contacted xbox support and ultimately was told maybe due to a system glitch my xbox tenure was reset and was told to post here because i could get my problem solved hopefully.

If i get the Xbox one will i lose my tenure level my tenure is at 3 but how to i find my tenure on xbox one

My tenure disappeared on Xbox One console.

My tenure has also disappeared from the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.

The forums would not be able to reset your Tenure, if it's even possible it would need to be Support.

However, when you say a green circle with Tenure, is that on Xbox One? What happens if you look on Xbox 360? Does your Tenure display correctly there or not? I did see a few months ago people saying they were having issues on One seeing the correct number
but not on 360.

If it does display correctly on 360, try logging out of and back into your account on the One.

Basically, if you had Gold before but went to a free account for any amount of time, once you get Gold again, your tenure is going to reset. The only thing to resolve this is time. There's no set time frame for it, but your tenure will show up again.

My tenure got reset after not being able to use a pre paid code on xbox one every time i entered it ,it said you already have a membership. Which it ran out and i lost my five year tenure and only last week i was able to use a pre paid code but by then it
was to late tenure reset .

My Tenure reset to 1 yesterday after renewing a 12 month membership I had 3 years tenure, I reset the cache and redownloaded my account and its not working
