My xbox tenure doesn't show on my xbox one

My xbox tenure doesn't show on my xbox one while it does show on my xbox 360.. My tenure should be '5'. Please help!

Xbox One tenure doesn't show

I posted a topic before but without succes.. My problem is that my xbox live tenure doesn't show on my Xbox One. It DOES show on my 360! i deleted my profile several times and cleared the system cache but nothing helps. The Xbox One isn't officialy released
in Holland (where im from), but my other dutch friends don't have this problem i'm having! Hope someone can help!

Redownload ur profile only when deleted shutdown the xbox wait for a minute then turn on and redownload ur profile also clear the system cache 3times

I tried all of this before but it doesn't help.. I already talked to someone from xbox earlier and she said it was a glitch because i changed my region (im from the netherlands so the zbox one isnt officialy released here yet). Friends of mine (also from
netherlands) don't have this problem. What else can i do?

Experiencing the exactly same problem here.

Xbox One profile doesn't show tenure, despite being OK several days ago, last time i checked.

Xbox 360 profiles shows tenure correctly.

I'm the complete opposite of you. My gamertag's tenure of 6 shows perfectly fine on Xbox 360 but on the Xbox One it does not show any tenure. I was told that it will fix itself but it hasnt yet and it's been about 2 weeks already.
