My Xbox tenure dissapeared

Hello, ive recently done an account recovery on a scammer. I got my account back and they profile swapped it, but my tenure that shows that I have been on xbox live for 15 years, is missing. It shows up on the profile in 360 games but its not popping up
for me on xbox. This means a lot to me and i had the tenure 2 weeks ago and now its gone. Someone please help

Did you recently change to 15 years tenure? This happens to me every year when I go up a year in tenure. It disappears for a few weeks then suddenly it reappears.

Don’t worry, your tenure should update soon. Mine does this, I understand it can be frustrating as I’ve been a member for nearly ten years but it’s been stuck on 4 for quite a while

Not sure what could be causing it but unfortunately I don’t think there’s any fix, at least to my knowledge.

I read somewhere that microsoft has no control over the tenure and it’s an automatic system.

I also heard that your tenure can be affected in a pause in your membership, so if you didn’t pay for a few months, it will reset. So it need to be consecutive. I’m not 100 percent sure about this.
