My xbox suspension finished on the 15/6 and its now the 18/6

My account was suspended for cheating which is a whole different topic since i dont cheat or mod etc because i like the challenge in online gaming, but i was suspended for cheating so i waited it out and its now evening of the 18th and i was unsuspended
on the 15th and im sill suspended, now i was able to play on xbox one on my other account then it all of a sudden was like i was console suspended, on two other accounts i couldnt play or talk etc. Now i know my suspended account is now un suspended because
i signed in and downloaded it on my 360, and i can play/talk/message, but on my xbox one it just keeps saying on all 3 accounts "because of your past behavior you cannot do this" or what ever it says, and i rang customer support which told me to do a few things
like re download account and other stuff i have already tried. i just want to play on my xbox one please tell me im not fully console banned and hae to buy a new one, ill post the suspension message below"

With the bottom bit of that message (permanent suspension impact), when my suspension was active it had on the end of it "until this date" and showed date of 15th of the 6th. Please help!

I did not get all my keys in the America section.

I only received 15 keys when I finished all the way to 100 keys this afternoon. 6/19/18. WHY? this has happened before to me. please send the rest of my reward. Thank you.
