    ok one day i woke up and notice that my xbox was stolen,

    i ask for assistance to block the Xbox on Microsoft tech sup, but there weren't able to help me,

    is it possible to block the console, i have the serial number as well

    If your console was stolen you need to be more concerned than your “home” console.

    If you haven't already, you should talk to the local authorities about the theft and give them the serial number.

    If Xbox Support over the phone (1-800-4MY-XBOX) can't do anything about it, then there's unfortunately nothing else that can be done by Microsoft. Leave the rest to the police and hope for the best.

    Stolen Xbox one.

    Well this is my son's account. His Xbox was stolen and it seems no body could do anything for us. It seems that Xbox would have done something to be able to find these stolen devices.

    Do you mean "track" as in it has gone missing/been stolen and you're trying to locate it?

    If your console was stolen, definitely inform the police and give them the console's serial number.
