My Xbox shuts off and i tried everthing

If you have followed the support steps in
this guide and also followed the
support steps here and your console is still behaving the same then you may need to
send your console to be serviced.

I had performed the "unplug everthing in the network" (i.e. - shut down my 360, unplugged my router, turned off the modem, then waited 30 seconds before bringing them all back up in reverse order.) action prior to my posting. But thank you for the suggestion.

and is it possible that microsoft good turn off my banned account????

U need turn off the t.v. an your xbox off an reset ur router when all of it is off
count to 30 for each one one starting with ur router fristan make sure that everthing is in the right spot that they need to be i had that be for an i did that an it work for me if not that try then go an take a look at your info an make sure that everthing
is right about it

I tried this today and it did not work. I can tell you a little more. my son is playing the same game too. same xbox, different profile, family account. his is loading just fine. I can play if I turn off the wifi and start the game on disc. I turn the wifi
back on and exit to the main menu. I can play the multi player and everthing seems to be working fine.

if I shut down and start over and try to load with the wifi on I get stuck on ...checking downloadable content...

I still think it has to do with the first time I tried to download the rebellion pack..
