    hi, after an update that needed to be done on my xbox one it shut down and doesnt turn on.

    iv'e talked with the xbox support and they say that because i'm on xbox insiders they cant help////

    what shell i need to do?

    I'm always looking forward to seeing what new updates are coming to the xbox dashboard. I did notice after the last system update that my xbox one shuts down faster.

    Update last night!!!

    I updated my xbox one last night comeing to it today i have found that when i go on you tube it shuts my xbox down their is no curser on the internet browser,

    Additionally, when left unattended, my xbox will shut down within 5 minutes,

    This has only started since I installed the preview update, but I cannot gain access to the private forums to discuss/complain about this issue.

    Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Weird ONE X issue.

    I left my new console on "instant on" last night while i went to bed.

    Nothing connected to it. Came down and pressed the power button to turn it on. It chimed , went to load and shut down exactly like the last one did. So i think the guy above is right, its someybing to do with the last update.

    I've tried shutting down, unplugging, reseting my modem and router, and I still cannot get the update and play Destiny. Kinda frustrating, I spend a few hours last night trying to get it to work.
