My Xbox Series X's screen went blank, but for some reason my videogames were uneffected.

A few hours ago, when I went from my game to the home screen the display stopped working and I couldn't see the home screen. I was able to return to my game and everything seemed normal, but the issue seems to affect my Xbox home screen and apps that aren't videogames.

I was able to get the screen to become visible after changing the resolution and refresh rate to 4K and 60Hz respectively, but now the display is zoomed and green with a break in it.

This is what the screen looks like when I'm not in a game:

But when I'm in a game it goes back to normal:

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Since I got a series X. My borderlands 3 game would not appear in my series X ready to install section. I have it on my Xbox one but it just doesn't appear on the series X for some reason. It's all under the same account as well

The only in-game option is to hit 'Y' to upgrade to Series X/S. But that takes you to a blank screen in the store.

I received the blank screen last night and I did not get the green startup. I tried the rest and I still have blank screen on my xbox one x. The HDMI cable is good, i tested it on my switch. What can I do?
