My Xbox series X won’t install my game disc like won’t even pop up when I put them in

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If this is happening with multiple discs the issue can be with the console or disc drive itself.

The first step according to Xbox support is to set your console to "shutdown mode" if it's set to standby mode.

Please follow the steps below: Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power options > Select Shut-down (energy saving) mode.

Once done perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

After that try inserting the disc game again.

Now I finished downloading everything except Forza Horizon 2 and for some weird reason no matter how hard I try to get it to show up in queue it won’t. I don’t know whats going on with this, and I keep putting and taking out the disc to get it to work like my other games I had issues with and it still won’t pop up on my Xbox in queue. Do I need to do the same as above?

I used to use the app multiple times daily until I upgraded to the series x. When I chose a game to install remotely on the Game Pass app my Series X never shows up in the list. Same thing with remote play, even though i have gone through everything I need to to set it up and make it discoverable it still won’t connect.

Why does my Xbox series x 87 days old not play any disc whatsoever ?? Won’t play Xbox one game Xbox 360 dvd or Blu-ray won’t play anything it’s the 5th Xbox on the spin to do this ? What’s going on with these crappy drives and power mode ( Microsoft won’t admit there’s a massive problem with their disc drives ! That’s facts

YouTube has like 50 videos of people not being able to play a game they own on disc I think I’ll get full refund and buy PS5 no way will a Sony product not read discs

I’ve done it, but when I enter the bookmark, im not logged in and when I go to log in my keyboard won’t pop up. Not even if I wanna search a game, the keyboard just doesn’t pop up
