My Xbox series x will not load anything. How do I fix this?

This can be a bit odd, but do you have the console connected directly to the wall?
If not, please connect it in that way and try again

If yes, can you double check if your console OS is up to date?
For this go to "Settings > System > Updates.
Under Updates, you’ll see:
Console update available. Select this to begin your update, or
No console update available. This means your console is up to date"

Hi, I’ve tried this and the problem is still apparent.

My internet speed is 1Gbps and my series x is plugged into the router via ethernet. But, My series x is only getting 200mbps with nobody on any devices and no games running in the background. Additionally, the latency on my series x never gets below 60ms whilst my other devices get as low as 9 ms. How do I fix this speed discrepancy on my series x.

I'm having same issue with FC 6 game of the year edition on Xbox series X. I've paid for it!! but when you go into the manage this game option to install it, the install screen loads, but then there is just the rotating ring of doom - how to fix please, or if not fixable, how do I get a refund please?

I play on series x and yes the affected games all seem to be from the one. If this doesn’t fix itself is there anything I can do?
