    My xbox series X will not connect to the internet


    I have tried restarting it, power cycling it, and i have unplugged my router and plugged it back in so many times but it hasn’t worked. It use to be able to connect to my phones hotspot but not anymore, i have moved it closer to my router but it didn’t do anything, anytime i try to connect to the internet it says “DNS isn’t resolving xbox server names” i’ve tried changing the DNS to googles

    but that didn’t work, i’ve tried to look on xbox support page and found nothing related to my problem, it’s been 3 days and i have found no answers to my problem. My internet provider is quantum fiber if that is any help. I’ve tried resetting my IP address and it didn’t work, i’ve tried resetting my DNA setting and that didn’t work either, I have no idea what is wrong with my xbox and i would like to know. The internet works on every other device in my house but mine.

    My Xbox series X is no longer connecting to my internet.

    The Xbox factory reset on the series X still did not work, it wouldn’t connect to the network. I connected my original Xbox one (2014) back up to my monitor and I was able to play online games just fine on there, same Microsoft account and internet that the series X was not connecting too. My Xbox series x keeps saying it has a hardware issue when trying to connect the internet, I’m pretty sure this proves it’s a physical problem with the hardware on my Xbox. I still have warranty on it and can return it and trade in for a new one. I’ll try doing this and seeing if the trade in one works.

    Did you manage to fix the connectivity issue? My Series X constantly drops connection to xbox live/internet despite an ethernet cable being used.

    I have the same problem, I can't connect to Xbox Live on the Xbox 360 games (on my xbox serie x) since few days 🤔 I precise I don't have any problem on the Xbox serie X games, I have that only on the Xbox 360 games.

    My internet is perfect too (I live in Belgium)

    My Xbox series X keeps disconnecting from internet and Xbox live for a few a couple seconds before reconnecting. I don’t know what to do?

    My series X is in the basement and is connect via wireless to the internet. I do not use the Xbox one and it isn’t even plugged in. What is confusing me is that before I got the series X I never had this issue. It only happened once I got the series x. That is what’s making this frustrating because it is the newer console but having this issue. Could it possibly be something with the system itself?
