My Xbox series x was stolen

I bought the series x new and in full from a third party retailer from Walmart. Could they have stolen my Xbox all access? The description said that it comes with it.

I apologize but there is no option to track or lock the console. You will be needing to secure your account though by changing the password through https://account.microsoft.com/security.
