My Xbox Series X says connected to internet via wireless but XBL will not.connect. Works if...

When I test the wireless connection, it is connected and working. Xbox Live Services do not seem to realize that the internet is connected and will not let me log onto my account profile or XBL services. Again, when testing the internet connection, the WIFI shows up and validates as connected. Thank You!

If the console is unable to detect your wireless network, first check if the console detects any wireless networks:
Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.
Click Profile & System > Settings > General > Network Settings.

The 3.5mm headphone jack on Xbox One/Series X|S controllers (including Elite controllers) does not work when connected via Bluetooth. It will only work via USB or the official Xbox wireless adaptor.

My series X is in the basement and is connect via wireless to the internet. I do not use the Xbox one and it isn’t even plugged in. What is confusing me is that before I got the series X I never had this issue. It only happened once I got the series x. That is what’s making this frustrating because it is the newer console but having this issue. Could it possibly be something with the system itself?
