MY XBOX SERIES X KEEPS FREEZING MID GAME

Hi Microsoft, I got a little problem with my Xbox series x. After about 20 minutes of playing a game, my Xbox freezes. My controller disconnects and the light starts flashing. My headset and my personal storage also disconnects whenever this happens. It’s very annoying and has gotten me banned in some games for “leaving early.” At first I thought my Xbox was overheating so I bought some fans to maybe try to prevent that. Unfortunately it didn’t work and still freezes consistently. If you can help with this situation, I’ll greatly appreciate it.

It's happens with multi game

There's is no cod error

I don't have external storage

I update the console offline update and restart factory default and nothing happens the same problem

It’s the same with my series X. Everything is fine on my end. The game either freezes or crashes at least 5 times a play through. I heard Starfield can’t keep up with the graphics that X expects on their end.
