My xbox series x freezes and shuts down in any game

I want them to repair the game then from shutting my Series X down and crashing the game and returning me to the Xbox homepage along with the game freezing whilst in a gunfight. Do they need to come look at my Xbox to sort this out ?

Just white usually a game will crash, light blinks series x games seem to struggle to play. And sometimes they'll freeze and shut the console down. No error messages though

Don't worry managed to get sorted by completing a full shut down of my Xbox series X.

I would demand a replacement not a repair, you will most likely have to send back to Microsoft if you bought from them, if another retailer i would argue with them first.
