my xbox series x controller no longer connects to the xbox

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

Xbox One Game receiver for Windows 10

Bluetooth (PC, Android, iOS)

Xbox One, One S, X and Series X/S.

No, it's not possible to use an Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S controller on an Xbox 360 even connected with a wire.

Geri, I'm not sure if you still are receiving this thread but I did get my replacement Xbox controller today and I hooked it up to my series X and everything worked fine except that there is no sound coming through my wired headphones. These are Arctis Prime Steel Series wired headphones that worked fine with all my other controllers and just recently with my Xbox series X controller but when I connected to the Elite control they sent me it does there's no sound coming through. I cleaned the port a harder rebooted my Xbox Series X I updated the firmware and still no results.

Do you have any suggestions?

Same here, I'll explain since its a long story.

I got my new Xbox One elite series 2 controller for playing on PC and I don't currently own an Xbox.

1.- I tried to connect my controller via Bluetooth to my PC but some buttons execute 2 actions at once i.e. A button would show up Game bar and also act as the normal A button, B button would take capture and also act as the normal B button and the list goes on.

2.- I tried the Xbox Accessories app on Microsoft Windows store to see if the button mapping was somehow an issue, i tried a lot of things through the Xbox Accessories app but nothing worked.

3.- I will just use the controlled wired cause its the only way it can perform buttons accordingly.

4.- I come to a cousin house and bring my controller to his Xbox One X and it told me i needed a controller update so I did.

5.- After the update done on an Xbox One X and then try to connect it to my PC again it is just no longer recognized by the Xbox Accessories app of the Microsoft Windows store not even trough wired connection.

6.- Now I cannot remap my controller through the Xbox Accessories app of the Microsoft windows store cause it no longer recognizes it.

7.- Now if I connect my controller via Bluetooth it just no longer do anything with any button, it just don't work.

8.- Now I can just use my Xbox Elite series 2 controller wired to my PC cause it no longer works via Bluetooth and I can no longer remap it unless I buy an Xbox One or Series or come to my cousins house each time I want to do so, and when I connect my controller to my PC, the Xbox Accessories app just no longer recognizes it and sends me this message:





I'm so sad and frustrated, please fix this, i just want to have fun with my Xbox Elite series 2 controller and be able to do what it is supposed to do.
