My Xbox series S won’t show colours

My Xbox series S won’t show colours and I’ve tried unplugging everything and waiting and it isn’t the tv because I can see colours with it. Is their anything else I can do

There could be a few potential issues causing the lack of color on your Xbox Series S.

1. One possibility is that the color settings on the console may be set incorrectly. Try going into the settings menu and adjusting the color settings to see if that fixes the problem.

2. Another possibility is that the HDMI cable that is connecting the console to the TV may be loose or not properly connected. Make sure that the cable is securely connected to both the console and the TV.

3. Check that the TV is set to the correct input source and that the TV's color settings are set correctly.

The console i want to get serviced is xbox series s and it shows in warranty i won’t be able to it’s like same as amazon it’s been 5-6 months since my purchase they won’t be able to answer the Origin of my xbox

Also, I’m having the same issue playing my 360 games on my Series S, my Xbox Live account won’t download onto any 360 game on my Series S.

Red Dead Redemption 2 on Xbox was only optimised for Xbox One X it hasn't been optimised for the Series S or X hardware. On the Series S it runs in Xbox One Backwards compatibility mode. As such, it runs at around 900P (around 1600x900). This means it will look quite soft looking on a 4K display, although it should not affect the colours or the contrast.

Unfortunately, RDR2 is not great on the Series S, especially on a 4K display. FIFA 23 is Series S|X optimised, which is why this game looks a lot better.

i have a series X, all i’m tryin to figure out is if there is a way to bring the character from GTA Online X|S To the other GTA full game because it won’t give me an option to log into social club or transfer. It’s just showing the beginner character. It’s not showing my character from GTA online X|S. I have never don’t money glitches by the way.
