My Xbox Series S won’t recognize my new Lego Dimensions Game

Unfortunately, the Xbox 360 version of "Lego Dimensions" can't be played on an Xbox Series S console, as it's not on the list of backward compatible games.

If you purchased this game through the Xbox 360 marketplace, I'd suggest requesting a refund at: http://www.xbox.com/refunds

If you don't see your order on the list, please select "Why don't I see my order in the list?". Keep in mind some purchases can take up to 24 hours to show on the list of refundable items.

I'm afraid you'd need to purchase the Xbox One version of the game if you'd like to play it on your Series S console. This version of the game is no longer available on the Xbox Store, which means that sadly, the only viable option is buying a redeemable code from a retailer.

So, I guess she has bought the console (Xbox S) separately from the Lego Dimensions disc version.

Now, I just checked the Xbox store and it is still there even for free.

So, I would just go on their store on the console and download it right away.

Also, I’m having the same issue playing my 360 games on my Series S, my Xbox Live account won’t download onto any 360 game on my Series S.

Playing with my 4 year old daughter and seeing her reactions to games like Lego Dimensions is amazing

The Lego games are the best for little ones. I play Lego Dimensions and Pirates with my 4 year old.

Fixed camera angle and instant respawn make it easy for them to get into.
