My Xbox series s will not load or launch games, or update /install whatsoever.

Xbox series s won’t load or launch games. Internet service is great, would not respond to click commands such as install/update/pause update. Would also say upon attempted launch of any game “game took too long to launch” and give me an error code. Reset the Xbox completely, reconnected my account, and tried to download everything again. Still refuses to download anything. Am I SOL? Will also say extremely clean environment, no dust issues, Xbox never noticed to be hot, just suddenly stopped preforming. Also still has 40% available space in storage.

Thank you for that you have already reset the console removing everything, correct?

Also, please follow the steps below:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug your console for 5 minutes.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps, Alec. Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause these issues as well.

Question are we talking about disk.games you network.transfer over from.a previous console ?

If so then no they will never launch Because you need a disk

No my Xbox 1 is saying same thing as well as my s series

My Series S cant connect, load games, or anything. My wifes xbox one is having no problems whatsoever. We are in the SAME house and using the SAME internet connection.
