My Xbox series S when I try to delete a clip it deletes but then I refresh my tab and the...

This issue is new to me, before i could delete captures easily through my xbox series s. However today i cannot delete captures from live using my Xbox, the Xbox app on my phone, or through the app on my PC. It appears to delete successfully but upon a refresh every clip is back on there.

i only noticed this issue because a clip i was uploading would give a noti that it uploaded from my app but not through my xbox and when i check my uploaded files it doesnt appear. I thought it may be an issue with too many uploads so i tried deleting and soon realized Microsoft has some explaining to do.

I'm having the same problem on the One S. First i thought of giving it some memory space and deleted one clip. The clip would not delete. today it shows up as a thumbnail-less clip that can't be played. I can't upload any videos, the xbox tells me it's uploading
and it tells me the clip has been uploaded to live, but when i check theres nothing there. On the mobile App I get the notification that a clip has been uploaded and I can view the clip on my phone, but if I try to share or save the clip it says a problem
occurred. As soon as I leave the clip page, it disappears from the captures tab on the app. The clip I deleted on my xbox doesn't show up on my Mobile App, thats a good thing.

Sorry about that, Ozzy. There are multiple reports regarding this issue, but there are no official announcements yet from Microsoft. We can also try some steps that might help:

Kindly turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Please also go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try again.

If it persists, I suggest you also submit a report so this can be further investigated.

I have, verbatim, the same issues. Additionally, when attempting to view my own videos on the Activity Feed 90% of my clips stop as if they failed to load. I cannot delete old clips in the Captures tab of my profile, either.

- It was working just fine before then.

-yes i went to another game and it still happened.

-all my clips are stored and captured in my internal ssd.

-i have tried deleting the old clips to make more space but it didn't work.
