    My Xbox Series S Keeps Crushing


    . My Xbox keeps crashing, yesterday I was playing NBA 2k21 and then the Xbox completely crashed when I turned it off.

    Today I played in NBA 2k21 again, and my game crashed, I heard my audio but the console was stuck and I had to turn it off.

    After turning on my console both mornings were not connected to the Xbox, I tried to connect them but the Xbox light does not flash normally when you try to connect (I pressed the button on the Xbox and controller), I restarted
    the Xbox and the signs connected .... but still there Chances are the Xbox will crash,

    What can I do ??

    Thank you for the reply.

    The FAQ states the following:

    • If you’re playing from disc on Xbox Series X|S, you’ll need to keep the disc inserted to play that game.
    This implies if I bought a disc and installed on my xbox one, I would require the disc to play on my Series S. However the Series s is discless. I don't understand how a physical disc can state smart delivery for the Series S.

    You keep saying you have an Xbox S, but is that an Xbox One S or an Xbox Series S? The All Digital is typically a One S which wouldn't be compatible.
