    So I had this controller for almost 2 years. After about 10 months of using it, I got it sent to Germany to get it fixed after the USB C port was not working at all. Warranty got it fixed and sent back and everything went good afterwards. Now, after 1 year since I got it fixed, the controller keeps dying for a second at random times. I tried updating it, but the problem is still persisting. I never dropped it or had it wet or anything like that. What shoud I do?

    Hello Ezequiel. I have tried to send the controller back into service. The issue is that after I complete all the fields (serial number, location for courier, issues description etc) i get the message that there are no options available for my issue. What should I do?
