My Xbox Series S captures will not delete

Hello!

I’m having a bit of an irritating issue with my captures. I am trying to free up space, but whenever I delete clips and screenshots, they say deleted and then they come back. I have no external hard drive so no backup. I don’t care if I have to delete them all, but this is really frustrating. It’s taking up space and it won’t go away. Can anyone help with this?

I don’t know what that did, but it cleared everything that wouldn’t delete. I’m not entirely sure what the MAC address was, but thank you!

I have hotspots, but they are not a secured network.

Alright. Let's then try to clear the alternate MAC Address then check if the issue will still be there once you delete one of the clips that were uploaded to Xbox Network.

Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Network Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear >Restart.

I did try it, but it’s still giving me the same results. I tried it through the app as well and they still came back. When I click on the capture, it tells me it cannot be trimmed because it wasn’t created on this console (Which isn’t true). Luckily, I’m not trying to trim it. I’ve never had this problem before until now.
