    My xbox is able to detect my router but always says the password is wrong when it isnt. This has happened before but went after a while but its happened again and I would like to know how to fix it.

    I am trying to sign in to Xbox live and it says im putting in the wrong password which I'm not?

    I'm having problems signing in to Xbox live, it says I'm putting in the wrong password which I'm not and it also says my router is blocking out my Xbox, what do I do?

    I am trying to connect to my router but every time I enter the password

    it says that its wrong. Its right on all of my other devices though. What do I do?

    Im assuming you gave your Xbox on Instant on mode? This happens. Try power off your xbox by holding down the button on the console until it powers off. Next go to your router and power cycle it (unplug it, wait 30 seconds then plug it back in and wait
    till its fully on) then turn your xbox on and try your password again.

    If this works I would suggest turning your xbox to energy saving mode, it only takes 10-15 seconds to turn on and avoids alot of problems.

    Yeah, it would. Definitely sounds like something is wrong with the way the Xbox is seeing the wireless password. There are two ways we can prove this: Go wired, or turn off the wireless security to see if that works. See if you can try either one. That will
    prove it's the password that the Xbox is having a problem with. Not that the password is wrong, but the Xbox is just communicating with the router differently than other routers and causing this issue.

    Series x connects to hotspot but not my wifi.

    I have a modem and a router. The problem is that it says I put the wrong password when I try to connect to my wifi, but I know it's correct. It still connect to my phones hotspot though.

    It was working fine yesterday.
