My Xbox says no signal even though it's turned on!

Hi i have tried to xbox button and eject troubleshoot but i have accidentally let go when it says not to. I have tried again but still no signal. All hdmi plugs are fine and are in the correct place.

A no signal message on your television may indicate that the HDMI may be the cause of the problem. Please attempt to follow the steps provided through our
troubleshooting a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on support article.

Hello guys, none if this worked it was a bug with my xbox i managed to reset it with a usb and it works now. Thanks though!
