    My Xbox says I need a Xbox live gold membership when I already have one!


    Right after Fortnite was done updating I went in to open the game and wanted to play when I already have a Xbox live gold membership for 6 months but it started to tell me to join Xbox live gold when I already have a membership that hasn't expired. Someone
    please help!

    Xbox live code is working but i cant play online or do anything

    hello , ive got an 3 month xbox live gold code from G2A for my xbox one s

    it cost me about a 15$ , i got the code and i reedemed it in the microsoft site *from my pc* and i was connected to myxbox account in my pc

    its says the code is working and everything but when im turning my xbox on its says i have a gold xbox live membership , i can download xbox live gold free games

    but when im trying to play an online game like fortnite its says i need to buy an xbox live gold memebership but ive already have one !

    its for my brother

    dose anyone know what to do?

    I have the same problem. Tried deleting my account, power cycling the xbox and adding my account again, but it did not work. Still get the same error. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
