My Xbox says I dont own the games I bought. I need help!

Recently I bought three games for my Xbox One all through the digital store on the Xbox. The games I bought were Superhot, The Magic Circle: Gold Edition and South Park: The Fractured but Whole (When buying the South Park game you are supposed to receive
South Park: The Stick of Truth). I bought these games on my home Xbox which has the Xbox preview dashboard currently active on it. Currently I do not possess the Xbox I bought the games on but have them downloaded on a separate hard drive. Now I am using a
different Xbox with the same account and same hard drive but not the Xbox preview dashboard. When I try to open Superhot or The Magic Circle it says I do not own the games. I also have not received South Park: The Stick of Truth. I have looked at the game
on the store and I should be able to download it but it is not available. If anyone has a solution to either or both problems their input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I'm currently atemping to play my beloved skyrim that I haven't played in months, however everytime I enter the game I get hit with this statement "Do you own this game or app?"

Of course I do I I have know idea how to play my game now it's very frustrating! Help please!!

Do you gameshare by chance with someone else who owns the game? If so, it's possible they changed their console home association which has made it so you no longer are able to play it. You can confirm your purchase by visiting commerce.microsoft.com or reaching
out to the chat/phone teams. You can contact Official Xbox Support through either the live chat option (if available) or phone team

I've read that there is an issue with The Stick of Truth download and the Preview Program. They recommend posting in and following the thread on the Preview Program forums. I'm thinking that this issue with South Park extends to other digital content as
well. While it won't directly help in your situation your added info might help in their investigation of the problem.

Please, check your transaction history and make sure it was completed.

Follow these steps:

Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

Select Payment & billing > Order history.

Order history

You can also check your library.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

Choose Full library > All owned games.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Let's validate the license for the game. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game stated as "completed". Once confirmed remove and re-add your account to re-sync the game license.

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

Tried this 4 times and it keeps saying the account that bought it needs to sign in. I spent $90 on this and it shows completed by the purchases.
