I have, since 19 March, 7.500 rewards points, and doesn't transfered to my account. GT: (sorry my english)

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month. Yours should deposit on April 13.

A. Your eligible purchases will be calculated in the beginning of April. If you qualify, your Rewards Points will then be deposited into your Xbox LIVE account by April 30, 2013. During the Offer Period, your Points will not show up under Pending.

Are you in the U.S.A? Xbox rewards is being re-branded as Microsoft rewards so try searching for that? If you're outside the U.S it may not be available in your country.
