My XBox Rewards VIP/Star level is not accurate.

According to the MyVIP FAQ on the Rewards website, spending $600 in a year will get you two stars. Looking back over my purchases over the last year, I have spent at least that, yet my progress indicator says I'm a little over halfway there. This isn't even
close to correct and needs to be corrected.

Xbox rewards + VIP disappeared!

what happened to my VIP level and my rewards? I had 1600 credits and some progress to my 5th star and now everything is gone !

Microsoft Rewards Level 2 not appearing.

Xbox live Rewards just changed to Microsoft rewards in Canada a few days ago and it says in the FAQ "Previous Xbox live rewards members with a My VIP Star Rank will automatically be upgraded to Level 2 until December 31st 2018". I had a 1 star My VIP Rank
but I'm still only a level one. Nothing on the Microsoft Rewards website mentions this promotion at all and it's only on the FAQ on xbox.ca talking about the transition. Is anyone having a similar issue or know if I need to do anything in order to make the
level 2 rank appear?

Support will double check and get back to you here, but keep in mind when you're adding things up, subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since the overwhelming majority of your purchases were pre-orders, they were not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore did not award payback or progress. However, they did complete a few Games on Demand offers.

The Microsoft Rewards program only has 2 levels. They don't have VIP stars like the Xbox Rewards program had. On the rewards site if you press status it will show your level information and if you click on "See my level benefits" it will show you what's
available at each level.
