My xbox rewards vip star did not go up after spend $100 promotion

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for Rewards support to check into it. Keep in mind that if any of the purchases were subscriptions, in-game consumables, or preorders they would not have been eligible.

You are registered as an AUS Rewards Member. Therefore, you needed $144 AUD in spending to complete this offer. Since your total spending amount was beneath this, you did not complete the offer. Furthermore, since you are registered as a AUS Rewards member,
purchases in a different regional currency are not eligible for Rewards.

If your not spending often the reward system is crap, you get 100 points every 5 months, which is terrible. Also the VIP rewards are too few and far in between.

The spending requirement for the VIP boost to your fifth star was $175. Since your spending amount was beneath this, you did not automatically complete the offer. However, after tallying your purchases, we see that you were very, very close to completing
this offer, and you can calculate this yourself from the commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), keeping in mind that game consumables and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

We will adjust your account for the missing change, and you should see your star rank promote by the end of next week. Since your purchases went towards an offer (the VIP Boost), they did not also award payback.
