I have noticed that my xbox live rewards has not been updated for over a year.

in that time I have renewed my Xbox live and also download a few games from the store.

Account not updating missing rewards credits

Hi i am having issues with my xbox rewards account and customer service told me to post here but i have before and no response. This time i have beeen having issues with my tier not updating as well as i just did the mission where i bought an xbox one s
and havent recieved my 50,000 rewards credits. Yes i know it takes 96 hours to updat and i purchased it black friday. So the 2 things i need help with are 1 my xbox rewards tier not updating and 2 missing rewards credits for missions and stuff.

 

seem thing is happening with me. its been a year now.
