My xbox rewards membership was cancelled without my knowledge

I've been a member of xbox live for 7 years. At some point, I signed up to become a member of the rewards program, and I never made any attempt to cancel my rewards membership associated with my current account. Since that point, I've only received a small
amount of rewards ever, but I figured the program just accrued points slowly. In the past year I've spent about 500 dollars on the xbox live marketplace, and upon checking why I didn't receive any rewards for these purchases, I found my rewards membership
had been cancellled.

Problem with xbox live membership

I bought a 1 month xbox live membership on 12/22/2016. I didn't choose to auto renew. I checked my bank statement and saw that I was charged on 2/16/2017 for a 1 month membership. I used my microsoft reward points to get a membership on that date, and I
definitely didn't choose to auto renew. I was charged again on 3/17/2017. This is ridiculous! Not only was I charged for using my points, I was charged again without my knowledge and without auto renewing! I want my money to be refunded back to me!

Well my xbox live Membership was cancelled due to auto renewal problems i still had two months apart from the year membership i cancelled and i would apreciate it if i could get the two months back on my xbox live account

We do not cancel user memberships. We see that you have registered and opted out multiple times:

10-17-2012 Registration - Opted out 11-13-2015

11-25-2016 Registration - Opted out 1-18-2016

Since we can only Credit purchases made within the program, if you have made purchases while not being a member, we cannot award those as we are not tracking them.
