My Xbox Rewards Have Stopped Tracking my Game Pass Quest games played

This is a recurring issue. Four weeks ago my all my progress for the month of January was reset. My 4X streak was wiped out and all the games I had on my 4 and 8 monthly games quest were erased as if I'd never played them. Two days ago, Feb 28th, my Game Pass Quest stopped tracking the games I played entirely. I'll play a game pass game for more than 15 minutes and it won't show up in my monthly games played list on the rewards page and the quest for playing a game every day won't track. I just lost another 3X multiplier because of this. I've tried all the fixes I could find online, resetting my router, clearing the local save cache, hard resetting my Xbox, signing out of my profile. None of it worked. I submitted a support ticket to the Microsoft Rewards support page over a day ago and I haven't heard anything back, nor have I gotten any automatic email that says my ticket was even sent it. I just sent in another ticket, this time I took a picture of the confirmation screen. My support number is 7068945119. So please don't give me a boilerplate response telling me to contact rewards support because they aren't answering me and according to a thread I found on the Xbox support page which also has no answers, no one who has this problem is getting a response from rewards support.

I know this sounds like a minor issue, but I don't make much money and I rely on the rewards program to cash in the points for gift cards so I can buy games I otherwise wouldn't be able to easily afford. But even if I didn't, the rewards program should work the way it's supposed to. I never had this problem in all the years I've been using Microsoft Rewards on Xbox until this last overhaul of the entire rewards program, which I'm already not too fond of in general. I would really love some help, or at least for someone to check and see if anyone at rewards support has even gotten my ticket.
