My xbox reward points

hello my name is dominic walker and i want to know when my microsoft points will switch over to the currensy i have over 85,000 points and its been 3 months since they have not been switched. Now i see that u say every 2 weeks it will b converted over but
then you say in jine they will b switched over so which one is it every 2 weeks or in jine all the points that accumulated will turn into rewards points pleaae get back to me asap.

96 hours later and still no credits

I converted my Xbox reward points to Microsoft reward points 96 hours ago yet nothing has shown up yet on my Microsoft rewards.

Hello SSYNGOKU3,

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

If you are referring to what will happen to them by the migration, if Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited
Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog. See the next question for when
to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making the transition to Microsoft Rewards.

It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

The rewards points I am talking about are xbox gamer points which cannot be redeemed on my xbox for games, discounts, ect and every time I open the rewards app It tells me to adjust my region but because I live in Jamaica and the location doesn’t have the option for Jamaica I cannot access my gamer points or redeem them for rewards.
