I have on my account Xbox live rewards 560 points in wait(expectation)

But none points arrive on my account Xbox live, the transfer does not walk(work), somebody can use? Thank you in advance

Where are my reward points?

I purchased the Ezio collection because I like the game and wanted the 15,000 reward points as well. I bought the game on December 10th and it should arrive today but the points are not in my account. I am looking forward to the game, but where are the
bonus reward points?

Since your deposit request was made after we had already processed users for deposit delivery, you were not able to be included in the mid-month deposit. Your deposit should occur at the next available deposit date, which will be our end of month deposit.
