Discus and support My Xbox reward didnt process in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I redeemed Microsoft rewards points for a $3 gift card.     My Xbox reward didnt process


    I redeemed Microsoft rewards points for a $3 gift card. I talked to support and they showed me the time stamp and everything but they said it processed but didn't send the cash into my account. Then I was told to make this post and have a moderator specialized
    in this type of stuff try and help me .

    i tried to buy xbox live for 7000 points on xbox rewards and it took my points and i didnt get my reward

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards Program is not the same.

    You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program since that would have been through them and not Xbox Rewards. Their contact can be found on their redemption page.
