    (this is after I wrote this but I got the images) My Xbox restarted itself and got rid of its accounts but kept the games. Are you kidding me those accounts on my Xbox series s are important to me and some of them I don’t even remember and probably never will get them back. Plus I had to resign in just now because my Xbox was being weird. I have a screenshot that shows that I am the only person on the Xbox now. The Xbox does have a scratch on it so it’s not new and I ain’t making a hoax. I am being honest. My Xbox reset it’s self. Kept the games. But removed the accounts.

    The only time the Xbox consoles will do this if anyone resets the console and chooses keep games and apps. this then resets the software which means accounts removed but keeps all the installed games as they are.

    It is your responsibility to make a note of your emails and passwords so as to never forget them and to maintain the information on those accounts.

    Accounts can be deleted and games can be kept when you perform a console reset keeping games and apps, did you do any recently?

    What is strange is that not all accounts were deleted, if not one was left, does anyone have access to your console that could log into it and delete the accounts?

    If you are sure that the console itself deleted certain accounts, the best thing to do is to perform a hard reset to rule out that it was caused by a firmware problem and this will happen again in the future.

    Go to Settings>System>Console Information

    And do a full reset.
