My Xbox removed a code by itself

My Xbox One removed a code for Forza Horizon 3 for the Halo Warthog vehicle. I didn't have the game when I originally got the code but now that I have the game I wanted to redeem the code but my Xbox had removed it from my message list before I had gotten
the game. What do I do?

Final Fantasy XV code gone !

Hi ..

Before days I reseved message from Xbox Live (or Xbox) that contain Final Fantasy XV Noctis skin or something like that.

I click on "redeem code" on my Xbox console, then the massege crushed and console kick me to main menu.

The massege removed by itself, and the code not redeemed.

Final Fantasy XV digital premium edition (bought it in 27 August, 2016)

How I can get my code back ?

Lost my Fallout 3 Code

Hello--

I purchased Fallout 4 digitally on my Xbox One and received the message that contained the code for my free Fallout 3 code.

However, the message deleted itself after 30 days.

I would like to have the code back, as I know it becomes invalid in a week or so.

I got my STING pre-order DLC but have no idea where to enter the code. I went to the Xbox Live Marketplace but dont see a purchase option for Sting. Did they remove it? Is there somewhere inside the game itself to enter the code?

Hey THE SawShot,

Are you still experiencing this error code? If so where are you seeing it, what are you going to do when it pops up?

If you cant login because of that error code try the following:

- Press and hold the Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off

- Unplug Console and Powerbrick from Power for around 2 minutes

- Replug, Restart and try again.

Additionally if your seeing the Code if you try to login and the above didnt help do the following:

- Remove your profile from the Console as explained here: support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

- PowerCycle in the way described above

- Readd your profile as explaiend here: support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

Okay now thats sounds like it. Yeah my account and my partners are on both xbox, so if i was to remove them will it solve itself hopefully?

You cannot redeem the code from the Xbox live home (dashboard) to redeem the code you must select redeem code in Madden 13 itself. I believe you can go into the settings and do it, although it gave me the update to redeem the code instantaneously after I
signed in with my hard drive in the game itself.
