My Xbox recordings record partially and with no sound

I have the same error issues including this other one that ends with a lowercase "C". I also get very frequent false records where I hit "End Clip Now" and decide my length of time and end up with no recording. I also get 1 Second records and partial records;
I only own BF4 and the game auto records rank ups and even those are effected with partial recordings, but they tend to have a higher success of recording it's full length of time which is a bit of an insult because I can't record my own clips of any length
of time.

- I don't use any other accounts so I wouldnt know if other profiles are effected or not

- Auto records from BF4 happen but are effected by partial records

- No network connectivity issues at all

i used x-box 'record this' option for a few times and had a problem that it didn't record both desktop sound and my microphone properly. it can records desktop sound like my game sound properly until i start my mic recording, then it records propperly what
i say but my game sound get corrupt in the recording. when i play the video, i can hear what i was saying clearly but the game audio was not clear and corrupted.

increase audio up a tad than try recording for about 4-5 mins to see how it turns out. if your not sure where to go. Press Settings-Gaming-Captures

My main problem is about recording game sounds on Xbox Series X not my microphone sound on pc.

*when i say i have record game audio only checked i meant that it records my microphone which in turn records the computer audio but it sounds awful

The auto record can be annoying. But what is bothering me the most is my "record that" feature won't record the sound anymore. Makes the clips much less interesting to me, especially on my battlefield clips.
