My Xbox RANK has gone !!

so just before xmas and during and alittle after i spent alot of money £190 to get my rank up abit as i was close to rank star 4. i believe i done it. and then xbox rewards page went under construction for like a week.. and now my rank is reset back to
rank 3 stars and 0% of the way and the games i brought i didnt get any credits back for them.

i was 97% of the way to myvip star rank 4 and i brought dead rising 4 which would put me over 100% to get to rank 4

please fix this for me please
