My Xbox randomly shuts off while playing with friends

Its the first one and It is in a place where it dose allow air to circulate it still hasent worked

Some wireless routers have settings that may cause your Xbox One console to shut down unexpectedly. For example, a power-saving setting or network setting may cause your console to shut down.

If you use a wireless connection to connect to Xbox Live, try a wired connection. For information about how to set up a wired connection, see the Xbox
One First-Time Connection Solution.

If you can’t stream content when you use a wireless connection, see the Networking Hardware Information section of the Xbox
Forums, or contact the router manufacturer for information about how to configure the wireless settings on the router.

There could be 3 possible reasons for this which I'm aware of.

First being that your console is overheating.

Second being that your powerbrick connection may be loose.

Finally, the third reason may be due to some dust in front of the 'X' touch sensitive'button'.

Solution:

If it's the first:

Make sure the console is not placed/set in a place which doesn't allow air to circulate. So, have your console in the open, so it's able to circulate and process air through the Fans, so it doesn't overheat.

If it's the second:

Make sure to check the cable that is connected to the power brick, and check to see if it's loose, if it is, make sure to plug it in properly.
(Before you attempt that, make sure the supply/mains are switched off.)

If it's the neither of the ones above:

Clean the front of your Console, especially where the 'X' is located, so if there is any dust present, it'll be cleaned. If it stops shutting off after that, it may be cause of the dust acting as a touch to that 'button'.

If it's neither of the three, I am sorry I wasn't able to help you out much.
