    My xbox quit responding


    was wondering if anyone could give us some advice on our xbox one. It has got game disc in it and it won't release it. It has also stopped responding when you try to turn it on or off by the button on the front of it. He can turn it on only with the remote.
    Anyone got any ideas?

    My XboxONE will not connect to my TV via HDMI.

    My HDMI input does not seem to be responding with my XBOXONE. it was freshly opened from the box. When i first plugged it into my TV it didn't even recognize that anything is plugged in. I then plugged my xbox into another TV, with the same HDMI cable,
    and it worked perfectly fine. My concern was that the HDMI input on my TV was faulty. I then plugged my computer into my TV in the same HDMI input that was not responding with my xbox and it works perfectly fine. To sum it up: My tv is not responding when
    i plug my xbox into the HDMI, but is responding when i plug my laptop in, also other TV's are responding with my xbox.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have this same problem, but nobody has responded to my post. It is quite frustrating. A little glad I'm not the only one with this problem. Really hope someone responds and helps with this issue.

    Hello Fernando! Thanks for responding! The technique you provided didn't quite work for this problem. My app isn't currently open, as when this problem started, it immediately deleted all apps downloaded by the Xbox app.
