my xbox quests is broken

hello.

so 2 days ago i got an email about the new xbox quests for this month and how it was for fortnite. so i open my email and read about it and get ready to start doing my challenges but when i click on check your quest progress here it told me i
was ineligible



Me so i though it made have been because i did not have gold because it said you need to download 2 free games with gold so i buy gold and its still telling me iam ineligible.

Is broken quest is the same thing as failed quest?

Verify that your Xbox Live Gold subscription is properly active in the "Subscriptions" section of the console. If everything works, try clearing the system cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again. If it does not work yet, delete
your profile from the console and re-download it again.

 

I am having the same problem with the quest giving this message:

Ineligible
Oops! Sorry about that! It looks like you’re not eligible for this program. We appreciate your interest though!

I hope they fix this soon, but I'm going around upvoting all the post related to this problem so maybe we can actually get some help, maybe you should the same
