I've tried that an with no luck because the email an password was changed by the person who is using my profile on xbox and the person also asked me again if i had 50 dollars, so i really feel as i lost my profile to this person but i hope i can get it back without paying

My xbox account profile isn’t working at all, and I can’t change it because, a hacker hacked me, and they kept threating me, and said going hack u more and more, and they won’t stop need real help from anyone get my account and profile pic back, and able

my account got hack by someone, i dont know how they got my gamer profile information. i was a 23 green rank at frist. but when they hack my gamer profile they set me to blue 48. i tried asking for help on epics forums but no one replyed. so kept playing
on the same gamer profile. i share the same xbox 360 with my brother and he got ban to , he didnt get hack. i dont know who it was but i guss they knew if they hack my ranking epic games was going to ban me from playing.
