My Xbox Profile Pic Was Reported and Deleted

In regards to the picture itself, I assume you have uploaded it to your account itself, so perhaps the source image used for the gamer picture of it is still around somewhere on your PC or storage device used to upload it to your profile.

that means they report you for you profile pic .

I'm really not 100% clear on what is meant by "posted myself on my own xbox profile". If you mean a picture of yourself as your gamer pic, others can see that pic and if they find something that breaks the CoC they can report it.

All reports are reviewed before action is taken.

It's important to keep the Xbox Live community a safe place for everyone. If you see gamertags that are clearly spam accounts, it is important to report them. I've reported a few that have a suggestive profile pic and usually a xxx website/cam site in
the profile description.

The only option is to report it via their profile on the Xbox. Unfortunately that's the only way but once it's changed they won't be able to have a custom pic as that isn't an option right now.
