    My Xbox profile keeps signing out while playing games


    Hi there,

    For some reason, my Xbox profile will keep signing out while playing games. It only seems to regularly happen while playing big story games like RDR2, and today, 3 times in an hour on Shadow of War. My internet connection is fine so I don't think it's Xbox
    Live kicking me out. I've reset my account password and I've deleted and then reloaded the profile. 20 minutes later it kicks me out again! Short of completely doing a factory reset on my Xbox One, I can't think of anything else. I use my Xbox for Netflix
    and it very occasionally signs me out (once a week or something) but it keeps playing on so I don't really care.

    Anybody else have this problem or have any idea how to fix it?

    Could be your ISP. I have the same issue when my ISP is having problems, random signing out if my profile for only seconds sometimes.

    Are you wirelessly connected or do you use an ethernet cable?
