My Xbox profile has no sound but everyone else’s works fine

my sons Xbox profile Is not allowing any sound from fortnite or main screen but mine and all the other profiles work fine. Any ideas on what we can do to fix other than creating a new profile?

No Sound at all

I have the new xbox 360 and it worked fine the other week but today, it has no sound..It has a beautiful picture but absolutly no sound. It is hooked with HDMI cable. The audio works fine with the TV and otherwise but just not the xbox. Anyone have any suggestions?

Does your son hear sound on OTHER games besides Fortnite? Does the console produce sound on the Home Screen when he moves the selection around?

My bad, wasn't clear enough: I tried to play it once, it didn't work, and now I'm constantly disconnecting. It only happens to my profile, everyone else's is fine.

everyone else in the game has fine connection and i am 100% it is my xbox not my connection

The problem I have with the Xbox One zombies is once I start the solo gameplay, the sound goes off..and after a while it lags...I have a great connection and zombies works on my Xbox 360 just fine, AFTER I deleted my profile and all that other garbage...I
dunno if anyone else has run into the problems that I'm having with my Xbox One, and if so, how they were able to fix it
